Fried rice, anyone?

CNN is reporting that Costco and Sam’s Club are limiting bulk rice purchases, due to U.S. futures hitting an all time high [Story].
The facts:
1) Apparently there is no rice shortage in the U.S, according to the U.S. rice federation.
2) Your average everyday consumer doesn’t buy a 120 pound bag of rice.
